Founded by Erin Eimerman, Erin's Cookie Jar is a designer custom cookie business based in Palatine, IL, creating unique and tasty gifts for parties and events. Started as a hobby when the kids went off to school, word spread quickly across the northwest suburbs of Chicago about these delicious and gorgeous fresh cookies. A mom run business was started and continues to grow. Each order starts with a consultation and custom 3D printed custom cookie cutters to enable unique designs for any event. The business was inspired by the passion for creating cookies that not only look great but also taste amazing.
